Saranne Postans

Saranne is a senior communications and stakeholder engagement specialist with extensive experience across energy and major infrastructure.
She is a trusted adviser to senior leaders and a highly experienced relationship builder, with particular expertise in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, public consultation, internal communications and organisational change.
Her career has included senior roles across some of the UK’s most significant energy programmes, including STEP Fusion, Wylfa Newydd and the decommissioning of the UK’s first generation of nuclear power stations.
Alongside her communications experience, Saranne brings significant leadership, coaching and team-development expertise, helping organisations build strong relationships internally as well as with the communities and stakeholders around them.
