Over 25 years of continuous development
From the first 5 Trampers built, all of which as far as we know are still running, we have prioritised built-in longevity as a first principle, using the best premium quality materials available.
Reliability is Fundamental
We believe the best way to demonstrate this is to use the example of Mark Newton. He decided to travel the entire coastline of the UK – over 12,000 miles – in 20 months, with only regular servicing and with original batteries. For this he received the Guinness World Record for the longest continuous journey on a mobility scooter. Pretty good, eh? After this he continued on to 39,000 miles, and the Tramper is still in use today.
Your comfort is our Aim
We customise suspension on all Trampers, 3-wheel & 4, to your weight for optimum comfort. We also offer a wide range of accessories to aid your particular use. We also offer bespoke items such as foot throttles, leg supports and oxygen bottle holders amongst others.
Off Road capability
From the outset Tramper was designed to be the best off-roader for the disabled driver. It will take you over hill and dale, through streams, mud & across hard sand. Fitted with cross-country tyres as standard, you will be safe & secure, able to enjoy the great outdoors.
The option of the 3 or 4 Wheel Tramper
Tramper was originally designed as a 4-wheel scooter, but some customers wanted a 3-wheeler. Why? Well one person describes it as ‘the adventurous disabled’s ideal solution’. Giving more manoeuvrability, lighter steering, and a better range with more batteries. They give a more spirited & involving drive, so more awareness is needed.
You will be eco-friendly
Trampers use a powerful electric motor which emits ZERO emissions. It also costs only pence to run per day so you are not adding to the energy burden. In addition Tramper is built using renewable and sustainable materials wherever possible.
